Meet Our Team

Elisabeth Borno, MSc, MPA, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC

Elisabeth is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, healthcare executive, and Chief Executive Officer with more than a decade of experience in mental and behavioral health. She currently serves in the U.S. Army National Guard and brings the same commitment to leadership, service, accountability, and compassionate care to her work in healthcare.

Elisabeth holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration as well as a Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Rhode Island. She is currently completing a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, with a focus on integrated behavioral healthcare.

Her doctoral work reflects a central belief that has shaped both her clinical practice and her leadership: mental health cannot be treated effectively in isolation from physical health, lifestyle, relationships, culture, and the healthcare systems surrounding the patient. By advancing an integrated care model, Elisabeth works to strengthen collaboration between psychiatric providers, therapists, primary care clinicians, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team so patients receive more coordinated and comprehensive care.

As CEO, Elisabeth's primary focus is leading the practice's continued growth, clinical quality, and long-term direction. Her experience as a psychiatric provider gives her firsthand understanding of the challenges clinicians face. From providing excellent patient care and managing complex clinical needs to documentation, coordination, accessibility, and the operational demands of running a mental health practice.

While much of her work is now centered on executive leadership and developing the organization, Elisabeth remains deeply connected to clinical care. Her experience includes psychiatric evaluation, medication management, therapeutic support, lifestyle interventions, and collaborative mental health treatment. Her clinical philosophy centers on understanding the whole person rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

In her words:

“I focus on caring for the whole person, not just the symptoms that bring someone into treatment. Mental and physical health are deeply connected, and effective care requires us to understand both.

My goal is to make sure patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their treatment. That may include medication management, therapeutic support, lifestyle changes, education, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

As both a provider and CEO, I understand what clinicians need to deliver excellent care. My goal is to build a practice where providers are supported, clinical standards remain high, and patients receive coordinated, compassionate mental health care.

I am committed to leading the practice with a focus on clinical excellence, accessibility, innovation, and integrated behavioral healthcare."

Badiallo specializes in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, and other psychiatric conditions. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based psychiatric treatment, medication management, patient education, and supportive care tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and life circumstances.

She is committed to creating a welcoming, collaborative, and stigma-free environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. Badiallo believes effective mental health treatment begins with listening, trust, and a strong therapeutic relationship. She works closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that supports emotional wellness, improved functioning, and long-term mental health.

In her words:

“I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and collaborative space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. I believe meaningful mental health care begins with trust, respect, and understanding.

My approach combines evidence-based treatment with empathy, active listening, and personalized care. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that reflects your individual needs and goals while helping you move toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.

My goal is for every patient to feel understood, empowered, and supported throughout their mental health journey.”

Inez Galvez Ramos, MSN, APRN-CNP, FNP-AANP, PMHNP

A proud Rhode Island native, Inez is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of hands-on healthcare experience. She began her career as a medical assistant and continued advancing through nursing and nurse management roles, giving her a broad understanding of patient care across multiple levels of the healthcare system.

Inez earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Rhode Island and her Master of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University. Her extensive clinical background has shaped a compassionate, practical, and patient-centered approach to psychiatric care.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Inez provides comprehensive mental health services, including psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, medication management, patient education, and ongoing psychiatric support. She works with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns and develops individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s symptoms, strengths, needs, and personal goals.

Inez is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and valued. She believes effective mental health treatment is built on trust, collaboration, and open communication.

Her approach emphasizes whole-person care and shared decision-making. By taking the time to understand each patient’s unique experiences, Inez helps individuals build resilience, improve daily functioning, and work toward greater emotional wellness and quality of life.

“My goal is to create a space where patients feel comfortable being themselves and discussing what they are experiencing. I want each person to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment. Together, we can develop a plan that supports healing, growth, and long-term mental wellness.”

Deborah C. Renois, MSN, MPH, APRN-CNP, PMHNP-BC

Deborah is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, difficulty concentrating, emotional exhaustion, and the stress of managing work, relationships, and everyday responsibilities.

With a background in both psychiatric nursing and public health, Deborah brings a broad perspective to mental health treatment. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing in Psychiatric Mental Health from St. Thomas University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University, a Master of Public Health from New York Medical College, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Barry University.

Deborah understands that mental health symptoms can affect every part of a person’s life. Treatment begins by taking the time to understand what each patient is experiencing and identifying practical, individualized options for moving forward. Care may include comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, medication management when appropriate, education, and strategies to improve focus, emotional stability, and day-to-day functioning.

The treatment approach is collaborative, respectful, and patient-centered. She strives to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions, discussing concerns, and actively participating in decisions about their mental health care.

“Seeking help can feel like a big step, especially when you are unsure where to begin. My goal is to help you better understand what you are experiencing, explore treatment options that make sense for you, and work together toward greater balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.”

We are excited to be part of your journey :)
